Will Roman Jebavý Win His Fifth Title?
08.06.2017 19:07:37 | Roman Jebavý and Hans Podlipnik-Castillo have fought their way through to the doubles final in Prostějov. It has already been Jebavý’s fifth match for the title this year! Let alone the pair was definitely not the favourite to win the semi-final match against the first seeded pair Leander Paes/David Marreno. Where has Jebavý appeared in the final this year? In Koblenz, Cherbourg, Istanbul, Heilbronn and now the successful string will be extended by the tournament in Prostějov. The pair Duran/Molteni stands in Roman Jebavý/Podlipnik-Castillo’s way to the title.

08.06.2017 15:59:17 | The last UniCredit Czech Open has been forgotten, Jiří Veselý advances to the semi-finals and nobody will remember his last year’s loss to Kukushkin. He is to play American Sandgren next. “I saw him seven years ago at a Futures tournament in the US. Many things have changed since, but I will sure get well prepared for him,“ said Jiří Veselý after the match.

American Sandgren is the First Semi-Finalist
08.06.2017 14:00:51 | American Tennys Sandgren (113th ATP) won in tree sets and became the first semi-finalist of the UniCredit Czech Open. He lost the first set, but then the match turned in his favour. Nicolas Kicker won the first set, but Sandgren started to play more courageous tennis which finally decided. What was his journey to the last four? He beat No. 3 seed Basilashvili in the first round, qualifier Krawietz of Germany in the second, and knock off German Kicker on his way to quarter-finals.

UniCredit Czech Open Offers the Best Doubles in its History
08.06.2017 10:57:41 | Prostějov tournament doubles cutoff is 250 and UniCredit Czech Open really offers the best spectacle regarding doubles matches. Moreover, eight Czechs have appeared in the competition, the pairs: Kolář/Vocel, Kellovský/Michnev, and Papík/Rikl. Jebavý teamed with Chilean Podlipnik–Castillo and Pavlásek with Gomboš of Slovakia. Roman Jebavý was the only Czech who advanced to the semi-finals and he and his teammate Podlipnik–Castillo are to challenge the first seeded pair Paes/Marrero today.

First Seeded Klizan Loses to a Qualifier!
07.06.2017 18:36:43 | First seeded Martin Klizan (50th ATP) lost to Swede Marcus Eriksson (476th) who advanced from qualification! What has the Swede got under his belt in Prostejov so far? The victory over Klizan was his fifth one in Prostejov, it moved him to quarterfinal and he will play his next match for the advance to semifinal with Radu Albot of Moldova.
