07.06.2025 14:18:29 | The 32nd edition of the UniCredit Czech Open tournament in Prostějov ended on a positive note and brought a smile to the face of tournament director Petra Černošková. The traditional Challenger event provided high-quality entertainment, the organisation was flawless, and even the unpredictable weather did not cause any major complications. The tournament director was satisfied in every respect.
“It would have been absolutely ideal if our boys had made it to the singles final. But no tournament director in the world can guarantee the results. The matches confirmed just how incredibly competitive today’s tennis is. They were evenly matched and dramatic, with tiebreaks deciding the outcome. The spectators were thrilled because they saw top players,” said Černošková.
“I heard words of praise for our tournament from all sides. They belong to my entire team, which once again did an excellent job. I really appreciate it. Without their help, our tournament could not exist at such a high level,” said the tournament director, praising her colleagues.
