07.06.2025 16:11:48 | The UniCredit Czech Open tournament concluded with the doubles final, featuring three Czech players. The victory went to the all-Czech team of Petr Nouza and Patrik Rikl, who defeated the Slovak-Czech duo of Lukáš Pokorný and Dalibor Svrčina 4–6, 6–3, [10–4] in the final.
“Paris didn’t go too well for us, but we made up for it in Prostějov. We are very happy with the win. It wasn’t easy. We played some tough matches. The final was high-quality on both sides. Our opponents mainly focus on singles, but they certainly didn’t look out of place in doubles. They played really well,” said Nouza, praising the performance of the defeated finalists.
His partner Patrik Rikl was also all smiles. “It was a great week. We enjoyed the tournament with our coach and our girlfriends, and we managed to win a beautiful trophy. It couldn’t have been better,” Rikl rejoiced after the match.
