The second player to advance was Michael Vrbenský, who beat Patrik Rikl in a Czech derby and will face Bogdan Bobrov of Russia in the main draw. The Czech will be the favorite in the upcoming match once again. Bobrov defeated Daniel Siniakov of Czechia in the opening round of the qualification. Jiří Barnat, who also played as a wild card, was ousted by Matias Soto of Chile.
