Jan Hájek (2006, 2009, 2010), Radek Štěpánek (2003, 2004, 2013) and Jiří Veselý (2014, 2015, 2017) have hat-trick as each of them won it three times. Veselý, the only active player of those, can still add the fourth title win for the historical standings. The fourth Czech champion is Bohdan Ulihrach who won the title two times (1997, 2001).
