It was attended by Jiří Kunert, general manager of UniCredit Bank ČR, Petra Černošková, tournament director, Ivo Kaderka, president of Czech Tennis Association (ČTS), and Miroslav Černošek, director of TK PLUS. How did Jiří Kunert evaluate the tournament?
"Since the name of our bank is UniCredit Bank ČR and SR, I would be happier if the finals featured the first and the second seeded players: Martin Kližan of Slovakia and Jiří Veselý of the Czech Republic. However, Kližan was knocked out. It’s tennis and you cannot expect all your wishes to come true. What we couldn’t achieved in the main event we compensated for in the Czech-Slovak exhibition: Novák and Nováček on one side and Mečíř and Kučera on the other. Being the titular sponsor, we are really satisfied and we greatly praise the organizers. I’m already looking forward to the next edition. We will continue to support the Challenger and it’s our pleasure to be associated with the greatest and most successful Czech tournament. I’d like to thank tournament director Petra Černošková and her team for taking great and professional care of the entire event and for making it happen for the long time. My thanks also go to Ivo Kaderka for the support from the Czech Tennis Association, and of course to Mirek Černošek for all his care he has provided to the tournament itself as well as to its preparation. The tournament was accompanied by a number of quality events, a tennis tournament for the clients and partners of our bank, traditional golf tournament which was held in Slavkov u Brna at the Austerlitz Golf Club. The weather was great and all events had a wonderful atmosphere.“
