“The final score was the same as yesterday 7:5, 6:2 but today I felt better from the very beginning. I was changing pace of the game and thus forced Lukas to make mistakes. He was not able to use his most forceful weapon – powerful play from the basic line. He is good at serving too but my return was also good. I really tried to feint so it was more tactic than skill that helped me to win today.” In the semi-finals Stepanek is going to clash with Italian Seppi. “It wil be a very demanding match but I will do all I can to be at least as successful as last year.”
